Michalis Bilouni graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and he completed his specialisation in Surgical-Obstetric Gynaecology at Ippokrateio General Hospital of Thessaloniki. In addition, he attended the following courses:
- 3D Ultra Sonography at the Vienna International School of 3D Ultra Sonography, Berlin (Prof. Rabih Chaoui)
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University Hospital of Norfolk, Virginia, USA (prof. Alfred Abuhamad)
